The Opportunity
High-end custom home builder delivering ultra-luxury residential projects across Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley is looking for a Project Superintendent to lead site operations on architecturally complex homes.
This is a client-facing, detail-driven role managing builds typically ranging from $5M–$25M with exceptional finishes and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Full site leadership from ground-up through close-out
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and sequencing
- Maintain quality control across high-end finishes
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and designers
- Drive schedule, budget, and safety compliance
- Lead site meetings and resolve field issues proactively
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ experience as Superintendent (custom homes preferred)
- Proven track record on high-end residential builds
- Strong understanding of luxury finishes detailing
- Ability to manage demanding clients and design teams
- OSHA 30 preferred
Compensation
- Base Salary: $120K – $180K
- Bonus: Project / discretionary
- Vehicle / Gas / Housing assistance (often offered in Aspen market)
