Driver hiring is our biggest growth constraint. Open seats and new business are waiting, and you determine how fast we fill them.
Recruiting here isn't a silo. When a seat keeps reopening, we find out why, whether it's pay, schedule, route, or manager, and we fix it. You won't recruit around problems. You'll help solve them.
What you'll own
- Hiring: CDL-A drivers nationwide, starting with solo linehaul and expanding to team and Forward Air routes. Sourcing, screening, First Advantage, road tests, and onboarding are yours.
- Momentum: Any step can stall. Spot delays early, clear them fast, and move every candidate with urgency and care.
- Fit: Find drivers who meet our high bar for safety, quality, and culture, and help them make it past 90 days.
- Improvement: Track what works, fix what doesn't, and help build a recruiting engine that scales.
Who thrives here
- You have a track record of hiring drivers and hitting your targets.
- You care how drivers do after the hire, not just whether they start.
- You own your results and tell it straight.
- Strongly preferred: First Advantage, DOT and FMCSA hiring rules, and FedEx Ground or linehaul experience.
It's not the right fit if you want a transactional desk or need months to ramp up.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
