We are currently seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at the Charlotte Correctional Institution located in Punta Gorda, Florida.
Responsibilities:
The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.
Available Shift - M-F Day shift 8:00 - 4:30

Qualifications:
- Must have a Florida license
- ARNP/PA certification
- DEA License or ability to obtain
- CPR up to date
- Be able to pass a criminal background and NPDB
