We are currently seeking a  PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Prison in Jackson, GA.

What Your Schedule Looks Like

• PRN | As needed

• Must be available for at least 1 weekend a month | Two shift coverages monthly | Holiday Coverage 

Pay That Reflects Your Experience

• $35.00 per hour, based on your licensed years 

• Additional $1.00/hour for weekend coverage

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

•    High school diploma or GED equivalent required 
•    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required 
•    Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) 
•    Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
