Schedule: Night Shift | 12-hour shifts | Rotating weekends
Compensation: Base Rate: $46.00 – $51.00 per hour Shift Differential: $3.00 per hour Weekend Differential: $1.00 per hour

Position Overview
Under the guidance of the Director of Nursing and Health Services Administrator, the Charge RN at GDCP is responsible for managing the overall operations of the contracted clinical program at a designated correctional facility within a Centurion contract. Additional responsibilities include planning, coordinating, directing, and supervising the clinical program providing services to patients in a correctional setting to meet service delivery requirements of the specific contract.
Essential Duties:
• Providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients
• Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify and respond to a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs
Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia

Minimum 4 years RN experience required

Charge nurse, ER, corrections, psych, or med-surg experience preferred

Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a structured healthcare environment
