Centurion Health contracts with state and local governments nationwide to provide comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community settings.
We are seeking Substance Abuse/Drug and Alcohol Treatment Professionals to serve as the Addiction Recovery Specialist in a full-time position at Putnamville Correctional Facility in Greencastle, Indiana.
Bachelor's in Human Services or related field is required. CADACII certification (or higher LAC, LAC-A) is required or the ability to obtain within 24 months of hire
The Addiction Recovery Specialist provides supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility, through outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling.

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in the human services field
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADAC II , LAC, LAC-A, LSW) or higher certification/licensure or the ability to obtain within 24 months of hiring date
- Must show/obtain current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR, first-aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use certification
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
