Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Manage customer accounts, process orders, and enter data into spreadsheets and systems with attention to detail.
- Maintain professional front-desk presence, handle multi-line phone systems, and coordinate calendar and scheduling as needed.
- Build positive customer relationships, follow up on requests, and communicate updates to relevant departments.
- Support administrative tasks, document filing, and proofreading to ensure quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry; strong clerical and administrative experience
- Excellent customer service and front desk communication; ability to handle multi-line phone systems
- Office support skills including filing, calendar management, and time management
- Comfortable with general office tasks; basic computer skills; attentive to detail; capable of proofreading
- Premium: experience with QuickBooks and bilingual communication is a plus
