Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Service Technician located in Springdale, AR. The Lead Service Technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and proactive servicing of fire alarm, security, and safety systems. The role also involves conducting field service operations, ensuring systems meet compliance standards, and providing excellent customer support. The individual will guide a team, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and safely according to industry regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of fire alarm systems, security systems, and safety solutions
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
- Experience in executing Field Service tasks, including on-site installations, testing, and system inspections
- Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service through clear communication and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, safety codes, and working with compliance requirements
- Previous experience in leadership or supervisory roles is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Technical certifications or licensure in fire alarms, security systems, or electrical maintenance is preferred
