Role Summary
Centuric is seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 & Cloud Migration Engineer to lead and support Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations, administer secure Microsoft 365 and GCC High environments, and assist with identity and server infrastructure in compliance-focused environments.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys ownership, client-facing work, and operating in security-first, regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 & Migration
- Lead Google Workspace → Microsoft 365 migrations using BitTitan MigrationWiz (or equivalent), including:
- Mail, calendars, contacts
- OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams data
- Perform:
- Pre-migration assessments
- Cutover planning and execution
- Post-migration validation and client support
- Configure and administer:
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- Microsoft Teams
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Support and maintain Microsoft GCC High tenants as required
Microsoft 365 Administration & Security
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenants:
- User lifecycle management
- License assignment and optimization
- Entra ID (Azure AD) administration
- Implement and manage:
- MFA
- Conditional Access policies
- Identity and access controls
- Use PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and troubleshooting
- Assist with compliance alignment for:
- CMMC
- NIST
- Microsoft security baselines
Server & Infrastructure
- Administer Windows Server (2012/2016/2019):
- Active Directory
- DNS / DHCP
- File & print services
- Support hybrid identity (on-prem AD Entra ID)
- Manage virtual environments (Hyper-V and/or VMware)
- Assist with:
- Patching
- Backups
- Disaster recovery planning
- Support cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on BitTitan MigrationWiz experience (Google Workspace → M365)
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
- PowerShell automation and troubleshooting
- Windows Server & Active Directory administration
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls)
- Familiarity with Intune / endpoint management
Preferred Qualifications
- GCC or GCC High experience
- CMMC / NIST familiarity
- MSP or MSSP background
- Microsoft certifications (Azure, Security, Modern Desktop)
- Google Workspace admin experience
- Strong documentation and client communication skills
