- Lead the development and enhancement of HP NonStop Tandem applications in a hands-on technical role.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain high-quality production applications.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Architect end-to-end technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Support production deployments, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and deliver scalable, secure solutions.
- 5 years of experience with HP NonStop Tandem development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Tandem COBOL
- TAL
- TACL
- Screen COBOL
- Tandem C
- C Programming
- Experience with HP NonStop tools:

- FUP
- Pathway
- Inspect
- KLIST
- ENFORM
- Tandem Messaging System
- BATCHCOM
- Strong experience with HP NonStop databases:

- SQL/MX
- SQL/MP
- Experience implementing Tokenization and Encryption techniques.
- Strong understanding of application, data, and infrastructure architecture.
- Experience leading development efforts in enterprise environments.
- Banking & Payments domain experience.
