The Unit Manager supervises nursing personnel, manages patient care plans, and acts as a liaison between staff, residents, families, and healthcare providers.
Job duties:
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Coordinate and monitor patient care plans and treatments
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Conduct patient assessments and participate in care planning
- Active CPR/BLS certification
