Radiologic Technologist
Location: Herrin, IL
Pay Rate: $65.00 $69.00/hr
Schedule: Friday Sunday, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Contract: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 2 years
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week contract in Herrin, IL. This role is for weekend midnight shifts and is a great fit for a confident X-ray Tech who can work independently in the radiology department.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures
- Operate radiology equipment safely and accurately
- Use PACS system correctly for imaging workflow
- Maintain IV/contrast competency as required
- Assist with clerical and office duties to support department efficiency
- Ensure quality imaging, patient safety, and accurate documentation
- Work independently during weekend night shifts
Requirements
- ARRT certification required
- IEMA licensure required
- CPR certification required
- Associate degree in Radiology or Radiology certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience required
- X-ray experience required
- EPIC experience preferred
- Must be able to work every weekend
- No OR, fluoroscopy, or call required
