Quick Hiring: Permanent Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Archdale, NC 27263
Payrate: $40 - $50 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy programs to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and functional independence.
• Use therapeutic techniques such as exercises, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and therapy standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required).
• License: Active OT license (Required).
• Experience: 1 year of occupational therapy experience (Preferred).
• Certifications: NBCOT Certification, BLS Certification (Required).
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient care skills.

Travel & Local Considerations:

• Candidates residing 50 miles from the facility are eligible for travel pay.
