Job Details:
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2320- $2520
0Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to the nursing staff.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Oversee patient care planning and ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel.
- Monitor and maintain nursing budget, supplies, and resources.
- Conduct training and development programs for nursing staff.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of nursing management or Director of Nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required. ACLS preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
