Director of Nursing

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for a 7-week contract opportunity in Sistersville, West Virginia. This role supports nursing leadership, daily clinical operations, staff oversight, and quality care delivery in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily nursing operations and support quality resident care
• Supervise nursing staff and assist with staffing, workflow, and clinical coordination
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, documentation standards, and care protocols
• Support resident care planning, clinical issue resolution, and communication with care teams
• Promote patient safety, infection control, and a professional care environment
Requirements
• Active RN license required
• Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Must be available for day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• State/federal issued ID, photo badge, and COVID vaccination proof or approved exemption required
