From skilled trades and engineering to professional and cleared roles, you’ll partner closely with site and corporate leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent—while delivering a candidate experience that reflects the pride and purpose of our Piketon operations.
What You Will Do:
You will manage full-cycle recruiting for roles supporting our Piketon site and broader Centrus operations, translating workforce needs into compelling hiring strategies and job postings. You’ll source, screen, and engage candidates through creative outreach and data-driven tools, guide hiring managers through interviews and selection, and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding. You’ll maintain accurate recruiting data in Oracle Cloud ATS, strengthen Centrus’s local and national employer brand, and continuously look for ways to improve speed, quality, and the candidate and hiring manager experience.
We’d Love to Hear from People With:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting multiple job families
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, from requisition kickoff through offer acceptance
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers in an on-site or manufacturing/industrial environment
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Oracle Cloud experience preferred)
- Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” Clearance

A Successful Candidate Brings:
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, or technical operations roles
- Familiarity with compliance-driven or regulated environments (e.g., government contracting, export controls, or cleared positions)
- Data-driven recruiting habits and comfort using metrics to improve hiring outcomes
- Creative sourcing strategies, including use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms Active “Q” or Top Secret Clearance

This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance. In addition, once employe, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
