Key Responsibilities

Support our CEO with daily operations tasks including travel logistics, office coordination, calendar management, expense reports, etc.

Manage the front desk receptionist, who is the face of Centrum Health in our Doral office, and who greets guests, sorts and distributes mail, stocks the break room, etc.

Be a key point of contact for senior leadership and external parties (care partners, vendor partners, etc.) and support interactions consistent with Centrum Health values, through scheduling support, meeting preparation, and agenda coordination.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other materials for large meetings.

Work closely with property management and other organizations that support efficient office maintenance.

Act as a liaison between the Doral location and other company office locations.
- Support fun, events and other social interactions at our location, including, but not limited to holiday decorations, birthday celebrations, community service initiatives, etc.
- High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

At least 5 (five) years of executive or senior administrative assistant experience required

Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and other modern office technology
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Self-motivated and possesses strong ability to anticipate
- Strong multi-tasking skills
