Job Overview
Centroid Diversified, LLC is a growing general contractor specializing in municipal and environmental construction, with a focus on water, sewer, and large wet well systems. We are seeking dependable, experienced, and hardworking Utility Construction Workers to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of water, sewer, and utility systems
- Prepare and secure job sites, including trenching, grading, and debris removal
- Set up and dismantle scaffolding, barriers, and other temporary structures
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols
- Work in accordance with municipal codes and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in utility or heavy civil construction preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to travel out of town for projects as needed
- Reliable transportation to/from office and/or job sites
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Lift and carry materials and equipment up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
- Capable of prolonged standing, bending, and kneeling
Schedule & Travel
- Full-time position (Monday–Friday, day shifts)
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Some projects may require out-of-town travel during the week
- Overnight travel will be additionally compensated
