Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice.
- Perform minor procedures as required by the practice.
- Provide patient education on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using [Insert EMR System].
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current and unrestricted state license as an NP or PA.
- Board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
- CPR and ACLS certification (preferred).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
