Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and assist with coverage for call-outs
- Support caregiver onboarding and communication
- Communicate with caregivers and clients to ensure continuity of care
- Support maintenance of caregiver documentation, files, and compliance records
- Provide administrative and operational support for the HCBS program
- As needed, provide other general administrative support to Sunrise Home Health and Centrix Health, including recruiting coordination
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and electronic documentation platforms
- Experience coordinating caregiver schedules or staffing
- Experience working in a home care or healthcare office environment
- Experience using home care scheduling or EMR systems
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator with caregivers, clients, and office staff
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
