Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Most people say they want a sales career.
Very few actually enjoy the work it takes to build one.
This role is for someone who gets satisfaction from the hunt.
Someone who can sit down with a list of companies, figure out who matters, learn their business, and consistently work to get in front of decision makers. Someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged every hour of the day to stay productive.
You’ll be responsible for opening doors for our senior sales team by:
- Researching target accounts and industries
- Identifying key decision makers
- Making outbound cold calls
- Sending thoughtful, personalized emails
- Following up consistently
- Booking qualified meetings
We sell outsourced contact center and customer experience services to companies that care deeply about how they support their customers. This is not transactional selling. The conversations matter, and so does the quality of the outreach.
What matters most in this role:
- Hunger
- Consistency
- Curiosity
- Thick skin
- Self-motivation
- Strong communication
- Ability to stay focused without someone constantly checking on you
You do not need to know everything about contact centers on day one.
You do need to be someone who can learn quickly, adapt, and outwork people who are more experienced.
You’ll probably enjoy this role if:
- You like the challenge of getting a busy executive to respond
- You enjoy researching companies and industries
- You take pride in being persistent without being annoying
- You see rejection as part of the process, not a personal attack
- You naturally look for better ways to improve results
You probably won’t enjoy this role if:
- You need constant direction to stay productive
- You avoid uncomfortable conversations
- You’re waiting for inbound leads to save the day
- You dislike phone-based outreach
This is an opportunity to build real sales skills, work directly with experienced account executives, and grow into a larger sales role over time.
If that sounds exciting instead of exhausting, we should talk.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary ($50,000 - $60,000) and performance-based incentives.
- Opportunities for career advancement in a rapidly growing company.
- A collaborative, dynamic, and supportive work environment.
- Training and development programs to help you succeed and grow in your career.
- Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.).
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
