Position: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Centris Headquarters (132nd & Pacific)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, and as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with Centris Values, modeling our Vision, Mission, and Team Principles in every interaction.
- Deliver unparalleled service to internal and external members in alignment with our Service Promises.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for internal and external candidates—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding hiring managers through selection.
- Build strong partnerships with leaders to understand department culture, job expectations, and success profiles.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using social media, databases, referrals, and community networks to attract top talent.
- Negotiate offers, compensation, and employment terms with confidence and clarity.
- Evaluate and administer selection tools (interviews, assessments, skills tests, background checks) to ensure a fair, compliant, and effective hiring process.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Develop relationships with area schools and community organizations to strengthen our talent pipeline.
- Create and distribute recruiting and employment reports.
- Support employee relations by coaching leaders, assisting with performance action plans, and participating in disciplinary processes.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover trends, and recommend solutions.
- Maintain compliance with EEO and all applicable employment laws.
- Administer the NMLS program and support audits as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of recruiting experience.
- PHR certification preferred.
