Responsibilities
- Safely operate flatbed tow trucks to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles across various locations.
- Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment such as winches, straps, and forklifts when necessary.
- Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to determine the best recovery or repair approach.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle details, and service reports.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure safe operations at all times.
- Assist with minor automotive repairs or mechanical troubleshooting if qualified, supporting overall vehicle maintenance.
