Inside Sales / Account Representative

Centric Pipe is seeking a driven and personable Inside Sales / Account Representative to join our Houston team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely wants to build a career in sales and thrives in a smart, precise, and customer-focused environment. What We’re Looking For
- A strong desire to be in sales first and foremost
- OCTG experience preferred (understanding of size, weight, and grade fundamentals)
- Approachable, easy to talk to, and relationship-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with MS Nav a plus)
- Highly responsive and professional in communication
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full OCTG sales cycle: cold calling through closing while bringing in team leadership whenever necessary
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Production planning and scheduling coordination to fulfill orders
- Occasional procurement/sourcing support
- Customer visits (approximately 10–15% of the time)
- Minimal travel initially; potential for limited out-of-town travel (approximately quarterly or less as we grow)
Work Environment
- This is an in-office position based in Houston (77092)
- Standard hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- We are not considering remote candidates for this role
