Inside Sales / Account Representative

Full-Time | In-Office

Centric Pipe is seeking a driven and personable Inside Sales / Account Representative to join our Houston team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely wants to build a career in sales and thrives in a smart, precise, and customer-focused environment. We are looking for someone who is competitive, professional, and motivated to grow with a company that plans to expand.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong desire to be in sales first and foremost
  • OCTG experience preferred (understanding of size, weight, and grade fundamentals)
  • Approachable, easy to talk to, and relationship-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with MS Nav a plus)
  • Highly responsive and professional in communication
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field is preferred

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full OCTG sales cycle: cold calling through closing while bringing in team leadership whenever necessary
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Production planning and scheduling coordination to fulfill orders
  • Occasional procurement/sourcing support
  • Customer visits (approximately 10–15% of the time)
  • Minimal travel initially; potential for limited out-of-town travel (approximately quarterly or less as we grow)

 

Work Environment

  • This is an in-office position based in Houston (77092)
  • Standard hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • We are not considering remote candidates for this role
