Job Title: Field Technician – Wireless Internet Installations
Location: Missoula, MT and Surrounding Areas
Pay: $20/hour and up depending on experience (Contract Position)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (hours may vary; not guaranteed full-time)

We’re a small, tight-knit local ISP dedicated to bringing fast, reliable internet to our community. We work with Ubiquiti gear and focus on delivering great service through well-planned network design and quality installations.
The Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Field Tech to help install and maintain wireless radios and internet equipment on rooftops and towers. This job involves a lot of outdoor work and can be physically demanding at times — climbing ladders, working at heights, and carrying equipment.
What You'll Do:
Install wireless radios and equipment at customer sites and tower locations
Troubleshoot signal and connectivity issues on-site
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Represent our company professionally when interacting with customers
Occasionally assist with light network diagnostics or setup
What We’re Looking For:
Comfort working at heights and in physically demanding conditions
Basic understanding of internet and network technology is a plus
Familiarity with Missoula and nearby areas is helpful
Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Extras:
Prior experience with wireless radios and network technology (like Ubiquiti) is a bonus, but not required
Training and certifications will be provided for the right candidate
