In this role, you will:
- Lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of automated solutions for AR invoicing, cash application, and Scan-Based Trading (SBT) in Oracle Cloud.
- Provide consultation and functional guidance throughout project planning, design, development, and implementation phases.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and team meetings to understand and document business processes, system dependencies, and user requirements.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and design documents for new tools and enhancements related to AR and SBT.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal IT teams, offering development support, solution validation, and testing coordination.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system design documents, technical architecture diagrams, and workflow models.
- Oversee and execute various testing phases such as quality assurance (QA), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production validation, ensuring solutions meet business and system requirements.
- Review, contribute to, and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials to support deployment and adoption.
- Partner with Finance and Operations teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline manual processes, and enhance overall transaction accuracy and efficiency.
Who You Are:
- 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in Financials and AR modules.
- Proven hands-on experience in automating AR invoicing and cash application processes.
- Strong knowledge of Scan-Based Trading (SBT) processes and their integration within Oracle Cloud, including supplier and customer collaboration models.
- Solid understanding of AR, Cash Management, and financial accounting principles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors in large enterprise environments.
- Skilled in QA and UAT planning, execution, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Must be able to go on-site for workshops when needed.
