In this role, you will:
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise AI platform capabilities, balancing business value, adoption, governance, and scalability.
- Lead AI platform initiatives that support Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies across the enterprise.
- Drive the development of scalable onboarding, governance, monitoring, and operational capabilities that enable AI adoption with confidence.
- Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to embed responsible AI principles and controls into platform services.
- Create a frictionless experience that encourages enterprise teams to adopt AI through standardized, reusable, and governed solutions.
- Define and monitor platform success metrics, including adoption, utilization, deployment velocity, and business outcomes.
- Translate executive priorities into actionable product roadmaps and platform investments.
- Help organizations establish sustainable AI operating models that support innovation while managing risk.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on enterprise AI platform strategy and transformation.
- A product-minded leader with experience owning enterprise technology, data, AI, or platform products from strategy through execution.
- Experienced in delivering enterprise-scale AI, machine learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Skilled at balancing innovation, governance, security, and user experience within complex organizations.
- Comfortable partnering with both technical teams and executive stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Experienced in product management disciplines including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, KPI definition, and stakeholder alignment.
- Knowledgeable in responsible AI, governance frameworks, risk management, cybersecurity, or regulatory considerations.
- Passionate about change management and driving adoption of transformative technologies.
- An exceptional communicator who can simplify complex concepts and influence across diverse audiences.
- Experience in consulting, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field required.
- Relevant certifications in AI, Cloud Technologies, Product Management, Agile, Data & Analytics, or Risk Management are a plus.
