Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and fun-loving nurse to provide one-on-one care for a bright 10-year-old boy in Saginaw, MI. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a supportive family in a stable home environment.

Days: Monday through Thursday

Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
The Ideal Candidate
Our patient is a social, intelligent 10-year-old who loves engaging with adults and has a great sense of humor. If you have a repertoire of "dad jokes" or puns, you’ll fit right in! He is a student who attends school full-time and enjoys his afternoons interacting with his caregivers.
Requirements:

Active LPN or RN license.

Tracheostomy experience is required.

A positive, engaging personality—someone who enjoys talking and socializing.

Reliability is key, as both parents work full-time and Mom is also pursuing her education.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Communicate with families and care teams
- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time and part-time shifts available
- Day, night, and weekend shifts
- Weekly pay optional daily pay

Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills

- Pediatrics (birth–21 years)
- Adults with complex medical needs
