- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sun–Sat)
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun–Sat)
Patient: 49-Year-Old Female (Paraplegic)
Schedule: 24/7 Skilled Nursing Coverage (12-Hour Shifts)
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Everyday)
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Everyday)
- Clio (56-Year-Old Male): Quadriplegic care including wound care and bowel program. Requires a dedicated caregiver to assist with appointments.
- Shifts: 6 AM – 4 PM (Tue & Thu) (Male Nurse per patient request)
- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Communicate with families and care teams
- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
- Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
- Day, night, and weekend shifts

Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Pediatrics (birth–21 years)
- Adults with complex medical needs
