This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in High Point, NC. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, provide supervision to behavior technicians, and ensure the effectiveness of applied strategies. Engaging with families to deliver parent education and maintaining strong collaboration with the care team is essential. The BCBA will provide hands-on support to clients and adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices in behavioral treatment.
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience in Behavior Management and Psychology
- Proficiency in providing Parent Education and family collaboration
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- BCBA certification and licensure in accordance with state regulations
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
