Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the successful delivery of complex commercial projects ($15M ). This position is responsible for overall field leadership—ensuring schedules are met, subcontractors are coordinated, quality and safety standards are upheld, and challenges are addressed quickly.

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop and maintain baseline and look-ahead project schedules (MS Project preferred).

·         Lead on-site activities, managing subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews.

·         Oversee project logistics, safety compliance, inspections, and documentation.

·         Ensure work meets contract documents, codes, and quality standards.

·         Track subcontractor performance, cost controls, and change orders.

·         Communicate regularly with project managers, owners, and design teams.

Qualifications

·         10 years experience managing large commercial or industrial projects ($15M ).

·         Proven record as the lead superintendent on ground-up projects.

·         Strong scheduling and project coordination skills.

·         Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office.

·         Knowledge of contracts, drawings, specifications, and cost control.

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Denver General Contractor Supervisor Certificate required.

·         Aviation or pre-engineered metal building experience a plus.
