Centre Realty Group is growing and we are looking to add motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to our team serving the Greater Boston area.

Candidates must live in or near Boston, Massachusetts and either hold an active Massachusetts Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one. Please apply only if you meet this criteria.

At Centre Realty Group our goal is simple. Help agents close more transactions, develop their business, and build long term success in real estate.

Agents joining our team benefit from tools and systems designed to help them start production quickly and stay organized throughout the entire transaction process. Our platform includes Follow Up Boss CRM for lead management and client follow up, Dotloop for transaction management, and Google Workspace for professional communication and collaboration. Agents also have access to Zillow Premier opportunities along with additional online lead generation sources.

These systems allow agents to focus on what matters most building relationships, helping clients navigate the buying or selling process, and closing transactions.

In this role you will work with buyers and sellers throughout the home buying and selling process, guide clients from consultation through closing, follow up with leads through the CRM, schedule showings, write offers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow their income through real estate while being part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.
