We generate daily inbound leads for both sales and rentals, allowing agents to step into real opportunities instead of starting from scratch. Our focus is simple help agents get into production, stay consistent, and build long term success.
Agents joining our team have access to systems designed to support organization, follow up, and conversion. Our platform includes Follow Up Boss CRM for lead management, Dotloop for transaction coordination, and Google Workspace for communication. Agents also benefit from online lead sources including Zillow Premier and additional digital marketing channels.
These systems allow agents to focus on building relationships, working with clients, and closing transactions.
Compensation: $95,000 - $230,000 at plan earnings
