If you don't have outpatient experience, Don't worry; we will train you! Training includes advanced training in instrumented soft tissue mobilization, kinesiotaping, blood flow restriction, etc.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, your position assists our PTs by taking a leading role in the care of our exceptional clients. CORE Physical Therapists are responsible for directing staff and utilizing in-clinic PTAs to assist with treating patients on a daily basis. Our PTA’s do joint mobilization, exercise instruction, and soft tissue mobilization as part of our overall care team. Our office and support staff are some of the best in the industry making appointments and clinic operations run smoothly.

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities
- Help identify and meet the patients’ goals and needs
- Provide cost-effective treatments and care planning with PT Supervision
- Help reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
- Assist with Pain management
Care Team Responsibilities
- Assist PT’s in developing care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
- Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Consult and practice with other health professionals
- Review Care and monitor and communicate progress
- Document patient care services in WebPT EMR Software
- Provide oversight and train other PTA’s as directed.
Requirements
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Drive to continually learn and grow
- Experience with documentation charting and coding in EMR
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Valid PTA license to practice physical therapy
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
