Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Experience in PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management working with the following modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Projects (PC), Accounts Receivables (AR), Billing (BI), Assets (AM)
• Experience with PS Query and key transactional tables.
• Expertise in trouble shooting, maintenance and support of Oracle PeopleSoft applications & financial reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities
As PeopleSoft Functional Analyst you are responsible for providing PeopleSoft functional support by acting as subject matter expert in Finance Area with 15 years of experience in following areas:
lExperience in PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management working with the following modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Projects (PC), Accounts Receivables (AR), Billing (BI), Assets (AM)
lExpertise in trouble shooting, maintenance and support of Oracle PeopleSoft applications & financial reporting
lHands on experience in Consolidation, elimination and Allocations
lDesigning and troubleshooting nVision reports
lconduct Functional overview sessions/ Conference Room Pilots, Review Document related to to-be process, Functional Designs and Functional test Cases document, Conduct Functional testing
lunderstand the existing Enterprise Application requirements including application Setup, Configurations, overall application Landscape/ integrations and able to provide drive solutions
lExperience with PS Query and key transactional tables
lKnowledge on PeopleSoft Security, PeopleSoft nVision, Tree Manager
lExperience in Accounting.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Good communication skills, Analytical skills, quick learner and process oriented with a higher customer orientation.
Self-motivated team player willing to accept exciting new challenges and ready to explore.
