Job Title: Oracle Fusion O2C & P2P Functional Consultant / SCM Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion O2C & P2P Functional Consultant / SCM Architect with strong expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and Plan to Produce (P2P) business processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solutions, leading business workshops, designing end-to-end supply chain processes, and supporting enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud transformations.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable and efficient Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process design workshops and gather functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Design and implement end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) and Plan to Produce (P2P) processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules including:
• Order Management (OM)
• Global Order Promising (GOP)
• Inventory Management
• Supply Planning
• Manufacturing
• Analyze current-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Capture functional gaps, recommend solutions, and drive business decisions.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Work closely with Integration and Data Migration teams during implementation.
• Support Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with production readiness activities, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and data cleansing activities.
• Provide functional guidance and mentor project team members throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 15 years of overall experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management.
• 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
• Strong implementation experience in:
• Oracle Order Management (OM)
• Global Order Promising (GOP)
• Inventory Management
• Supply Planning
• Manufacturing Cloud
• Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience.
• Proven experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Lead or Supply Chain Architect.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) and Plan to Produce (P2P) business processes.
• Experience conducting business workshops and gathering functional requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Experience supporting CRP, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations and data migration activities.
• Knowledge of Oracle SCM best practices and industry standards.
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid project delivery models.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certifications are highly preferred.
• Manufacturing or Supply Chain domain experience in large enterprise environments is a plus.
