Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Failure Analysis techniques: Optical Microscopy, X-ray/CT, Scanning Electron Microscopy/Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (SEM/EDS)
- Deep understanding of material and device properties (mechanical, electrical, optical, thermal)
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis and design risk assessment reporting
- Strong knowledge of physical failure analysis techniques (SEM/EDX, X-Ray, and other characterization methods)
- Ability to develop new reliability test procedures and create detailed test plans
- Cross-functional collaboration and clear, concise communication skills
