Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will have a strong understanding of risk management,
- regulatory compliance, and business process analysis, coupled with experience in implementing or supporting Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, or similar).
- This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, compliance teams,
- and technology partners to ensure that GRC processes are effectively translated into scalable,
- user-friendly system solutions.
- The BSA will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing workflows,
- identifying gaps, and supporting the design and delivery of technology solutions that
- enhance our GRC capabilities.
- This role will also lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality
- and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to gather and document business
- requirements for eGRC capabilities.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system
- configuration and development.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of eGRC platforms, including testing and training
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, conduct gap analyses, and develop process maps
- and data flow diagrams.
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including:
o Developing UAT test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
o Facilitating UAT execution with business users.
o Logging, tracking, and resolving defects and issues.
o Ensuring stakeholder sign-off and readiness for production deployment.•
