Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. This role requires adaptability to work in a hybrid environment and eventually transition to full-time office presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, BAs, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with SQL Server and database design.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
