We are seeking an experienced and visionary insurance data, analytics, and AI leader responsible for advising senior stakeholders on strategy, transformation, and value realization. The role focuses on shaping data and AI roadmaps, leading client engagements, and delivering scalable, cloud-enabled analytics solutions. This position also drives proposal development, RFPs, and end-to-end delivery governance while fostering innovation, best practices, and team growth across the insurance value chain.
About the Role
Act as a subject matter expert in Insurance data, analytics, and AI, providing strategic and tactical advisory support to senior business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to define and deliver data and AI roadmaps, including transformation initiatives, target operating models, and execution priorities.
- Lead client discovery and working sessions to understand business needs, diagnose gaps, and recommend scalable, value-driven data solutions.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and expand engagements.
- Develop business proposals, solution architectures, and RFP responses by working with SMEs, technologists, and strategic alliance partners.
- Own end-to-end project, client, and team management, ensuring timely delivery, issue resolution, and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance across AI, data management, analytics, visualization, automation, and data science initiatives across the insurance value chain.
- Ensure industry best practices, DataOps standards, and cloud-based data solutions are consistently applied across engagements.
- Drive continuous improvement through problem diagnosis, process optimization, and innovative solution design.
- Foster a strong learning culture within the team, encouraging innovation, research, and adoption of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply.
- 10 years of data and analytics consulting experience from a professional or management firm and has strong focus in insurance industry.
- Experience in working in dual shore engagement and must have experience in managing large programs – Insurance Analytics CoE and multiple clients directly.
- Demonstrated experience across analytics value chain and has delivered multiple data, AI, Automation, Predictive modeling, Business consulting and delivery assignments.
- Competitor analysis, Ad-hoc data analysis and application of First principles thinking approach to solve business problems.
- Complete understanding and demonstrated experience of Cloud Services (AWS), modern data architecture, governance, and trending practices in AI.
- Strong grasp of the latest tools within the market.
- Strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges.
