Staffing Coordinator
Centralia Point a Residential Care Facility, is hiring a full time Staffing Coordinator.
Job Duties:
- The Staffing Coordinator functions as part of the management team.
- This role excels at communication and successfully schedules staff using professionalism and the problem-solving skills they bring with them.
- This position works in conjunction with the Resident Care Manager(s), RN and Administrator.
- Will work with Resident Care Manager to share some staffing functions/duties.
Qualifications:
- Must have Med-Tech/Caregiving experience.
- Experience in Mental Health and Dementia.
- Must have Nurse Delegations.
- Experience with scheduling.
- Must be able to be flexible to cover shifts.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- A heart for serving seniors.
- One to two years experience preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
