The Role:
The Administrative Program Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of the residential program.
What you will do:
- Facilitates scheduling of service delivery to ensure that all clients have timely access to appropriate services
- Provide supervision to staff, providing support to positively affect retention, culture, and staff competency to ensure high quality of care in their program
- Coordinates and collaborates with clinicians, case managers, and community project managers to develop personalized, achievable goals, objectives, and intervention that promote self-reliance
- Ensure staff compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
- Has a positive influence on staff motivation, confidence, discipline, and willingness to perform assigned tasks; actively contributes to meetings; sets a clear agenda and follows through on plans; maintains a focus on quality improvement, positive customer service, clinical and administrative excellence, and change management
- Facilitates the timely and accurate completion of all documentation related to supervisory duties including time off requests, timecards, personnel forms, training attendance reports, and supervision and progressive discipline documentation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in behavioral health studies, or related field
- Master's degree in behavioral health is preferred
- Valid Wyoming Drivers’ License required
- At least 5 years of experience in supervision and management is highly preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in behavioral health
- Completion of a Pre-Employment Drug Screen
- Completion of a Background Check
- Satisfactory Driving Record
