Responsibilities
- Assist with reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to support project execution.
- Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support erosion control measures by installing barriers, silt fences, and other protective structures as specified in project plans.
- Operate power tools and equipment for cutting, drilling, and assembling construction components under supervision.
- Conduct routine equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure tools and machinery are in optimal working condition.
- Follow all workplace safety regulations, including implementation of OSHA safety standards, proper use of respiratory protection, climbing safety procedures, and adherence to heavy lifting protocols.
- Assist with site cleanup, material staging, and debris removal to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
