At Central Washington Pediatric Dentistry, we are passionate about creating healthy, happy smiles for life! We are a high-energy pediatric dental practice looking for an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator to support our patients, families, and team across our Yakima and Ellensburg locations.

This is NOT your typical front office position. We are looking for someone who is warm and welcoming, highly organized, adaptable and dependable, proactive and solution-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about outstanding customer service and patient care.

About the Role

The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a smooth, positive experience for our patients and families while helping support daily operations and schedule flow throughout the practice.

This role includes a variety of responsibilities and requires someone who enjoys staying busy, helping others, and being part of a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and checking patients in and out
• Helping maintain an efficient and productive schedule
• Coordinating patient communication via phone, text, and email
• Supporting general anesthesia mornings and patient flow
• Assisting with scheduling and operational support between both locations
• Helping families feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
• Supporting administrative and front office needs as needed
• Working collaboratively with both clinical and administrative team members

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Yakima and Ellensburg
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Pediatric dental experience
• Experience with scheduling or patient coordination
• Familiarity with Curve Hero or dental software systems

Compensation

$21–$28/hour DOE
Competitive pay based on experience with opportunities for growth and development in a supportive, collaborative environment.
