Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager will assist the Project Manager in leading by example, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and fostering a positive work culture. This role will involve working closely with Fuel Dock and Cleaner employees, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service. This position is seasonal, anticipated to end in late September or October.
Responsibilities:
Cleaners Management:
- Train and monitor Cleaners.
- Lead the cleaning of bathrooms each day.
- Develop relationships with cleaners and assist them with various tasks.
Fuel Dock Management:
- Train and monitor fuel dock employees to ensure proper fueling of boats and excellent customer service.
- Fill as needed on the fuel dock.
- Maintain proficiency in fueling boats and model customer service.
Supply Management:
- Restock cleaning supplies, including cleaners, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Conduct weekly consumable inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are ordered.
Property Maintenance:
- Perform drive-through inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and standards are met.
- Coordinate with cleaners to address any areas needing attention.
- Handle situations that may come up about cleanliness of the property or situations that might arise on the Fuel dock.
Golf Cart Management:
- Ensure golf carts are fueled, tires are inflated, and parking inside the barn is efficient and clean.
- Account for all golf carts at the end of each day.
Weekend Management:
- Required work on Saturdays and Sundays
- Will be the person in charge and the point of contact for the cleaners and the fuel dock on weekends
- Maintain direct communication with the Project Manager communicating any issues that may arise
- Gather and relay details in case of breaks, accidents, or situations.
Additional Duties:
- Help with night golf events.
- Assist with monthly and fuel reports.
- Handle any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
