About the role:
The King George Property is the primary point of contact for tenants and operations in the King George region. This role includes tenant support, rent collection, maintenance coordination, leasing, and compliance preparation in coordination with the Portfolio Compliance Manager. The King George Property Manager is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
Supervisor:
Regional Property Manager
Responsibilities:
· Handle all leasing and recertifications for King George properties.
· Process rent collection, maintenance requests, and tenant notices.
· Conduct bi-weekly property walks and report maintenance needs.
· Collaborate with vendors for unit turnarounds and repairs.
· Serve as the primary tenant contact for questions, concerns, and lease issues.
· Maintain accurate records and submit reports as scheduled.
· Ensure property compliance with fair housing and affordable housing guidelines under the supervision of the Portfolio Compliance Manager
Required Abilities/Skills:
· Basic knowledge of property management principles and practices.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with tenants, staff, and external partners.
· Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn property management software.
· Problem-solving skills to assist in resolving maintenance issues and tenant concerns.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
