Central Virginia Alliance for Community Living, Inc. is accepting applications for part-time, Case Manager I positions. Bachelor’s degree in human services field, is preferred. Experience in working with older adults and individuals with disabilities preferred. Applicants must have knowledge of the social, economic and health issues impacting older individuals and individuals with disabilities. Applicants must be able to perform comprehensive assessments of individuals and families, analyze needs and coordinate services and resources to support individuals in the homes and the community. Applicants must have strong communication and organization skills, be detailed oriented, as well as excellent written and interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate with referral agencies. A valid driver's license is required, and satisfactory DMV report, Drug Screen and Criminal Background check required.
