You’d be a great fit if you:
- Are comfortable around cats and dogs
- Strive to provide each client with compassion and care
- Are team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Have at least a High school diploma or equivalent
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and/or client-focused setting. Veterinary or medical setting preferred
- Are available Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 7:00pm. Shift times may vary
- General front desk duties: greeting clients, booking appointments, etc
- Rooming patients and taking a brief history
- Client communication
- Managing phone lines
- Cleaning and disinfecting the hospital
- Carrying out tasks as requested by the veterinarian
- Medical records management
