Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician, located in Rutland, VT. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing motorcycles, ATV’s, SxS, And snowmobiles performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Daily tasks will include engine repairs, brake system repairs, electrical systems troubleshooting, and other mechanical work. The Technician will also be responsible for keeping detailed records of all services and repairs performed.
Qualifications
- Experience in engine repairs, brake systems and electrical systems troubleshooting
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and complete mechanical work
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to keep detailed records of services and repairs
- Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or technical training in motorcycle repair and maintenance
