Compensation: $50.00 hourly plus $8.00 weekend differential

Your Responsibilities: As a member of our dedicated team, you'll:

• Provide expert physical therapy care to clients throughout central Vermont.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to tailor individualized care plans that promote mobility and independence.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and colleagues to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Employ standard therapy measurement techniques and therapeutic modalities to optimize client outcomes.
• Offer education and support to empower clients in achieving their care goals.
• Uphold our clients' desire for independence and their preference to remain in their homes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Vermont Physical Therapy License.
• Minimum of two years of clinical practice in a medically-oriented setting.
• Valid driver’s license.
